Welcome to cscapass ("the site"). By using the site you agree to these terms; we will also ask you to confirm when you create an account.

1. What the site is

• cscapass is an independent, unofficial CSCA practice website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the China Scholarship Council (CSC) or the official CSCA examination. For registration, dates, fees and rules, the official website www.csca.cn is the authority.
• Questions on this site are original practice questions written with AI assistance. They are not official or recalled exam questions. We work hard to keep questions and explanations correct but cannot guarantee they are error-free. Predicted scores and placement results are only estimates and do not represent your score in the real exam.

2. Fees

The site is currently a free version: all mock exams and topic practice are free of charge. If paid features are introduced later, prices and rules will be announced on the site in advance; you will never be charged automatically.

3. Your account

• Please sign up with an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password safe. Anything done with your account is treated as done by you.
• Please use only your own account; do not transfer or lend it to others.
• You can delete your account yourself at any time on the "Me" page. Deleted data cannot be recovered (see the Privacy Policy).
• If you are a minor, please use the site only in line with the law where you live (for example, with a parent's or guardian's consent). [Exact age requirement pending legal review]

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• scrape, copy in bulk or resell the site's questions, explanations or other content;
• use programs to answer questions automatically, attack or disrupt the site, or try to access other people's accounts or data;
• impersonate others or use the site for anything illegal.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Copyright

The questions, explanations, articles and interface on this site are created by cscapass or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own exam preparation; you may not use them commercially or republish them without permission.

6. Changes to the service and liability

• We try to keep the site running but it may be unavailable because of maintenance, faults or other reasons, and we may change or stop some features.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by using or being unable to use the site (for example, an exam result below your expectations).

7. Changes to these terms and contact

• We may change these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
